Choose either 4 options or 6 options to make it 60mins treatment or 90 min treatment. one complementary treatment will be applied to 60 mins treatment; two complementary treatments will be applied to the 90 mins treatment. Note: complementary treatment will apply alongside those options, so there is no extra time needed.
Prior to the treatment
Wear comfortable clothing, Make sure you are not too full or too staving.
During the treatment
When the needle penetrates the skin, it activates sensory receptors which send impulses to the spinal cord, which then branches off into 3 different areas: the spinal cord itself, the mid-brain, and the pituitary hypothalamic complex (the command centre for hormones).
After the treatment
Keep the treatment area clean and dry; No vigorous exercise in 24 hours after the treatment.
