We offer online consultations for clients who are unable to see an AcuPro practitioner in person. During a 45-minute online session, we provide a comprehensive diagnosis based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, along with a tailored treatment plan and expected outcomes.
Our primary treatment method involves carefully formulated herbal products. If you experience pain or other concerns and agree with our recommendations, we can ship the prescribed herbal remedy directly to your home. Once you begin your treatment, we remain available for follow-up consultations to monitor your progress.
You can easily reach us at any time with questions or concerns via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Our goal is to provide professional, ongoing support throughout your healing journey.

Make a booking online: choose "Global Online"-"Online Service"-"TCM Online Consultation" 1. an automatic confirmation email containing your "meeting link' and a client "questionnaire". Please complete the questionnaire as soon as possible so that we have sufficient time to review your case. 2. you will receive a separate booking link for payment. Once your payment is completed, your appointment will be confirmed, and we will see you at the scheduled time.

During our 45-minute online consultation, we will follow a structured process:
1. Review Your Questionnaire: We will go through the information you provided to confirm its accuracy and update any additional details. This allows us to draw initial conclusions from your responses.
2. Discuss Your Needs: We will talk about your concerns, symptoms, and the reasons for making this appointment.
3. Analysis and Recommendations: Based on your information, we will explain how your condition is developing and how Traditional Chinese Medicine can support your health.
4. Treatment Plan and Herbal Solution: If you are satisfied with our proposed treatment plan, we will proceed with prescribing the appropriate herbal solution. You will make a separate payment for the herbs, which will be shipped to you within five days.
