How online consultation works
Our video consultation brings the same TCM assessment we use in our London clinics to your home. Your practitioner reviews your health history, observes your face and tongue on camera and asks the detailed questions of a traditional consultation.
You leave with a clear plan: Chinese herbal medicine where your local regulations allow it, diet and lifestyle guidance, self-acupressure points and exercises, and advice on finding hands-on care near you.
Video consultations are popular for women's health and fertility, digestive problems, sleep and stress, skin conditions and long-term follow-up after treatment in London.

Your 30-minute online consultation
Meet your TCM practitioner on a secure video call from your phone, tablet or laptop. At the end of the consultation you will receive your treatment suggestions and a personalised treatment plan.

Receive your herbal solution by delivery
If you agree to a herbal solution, we post your personalised herbal products to you within 7 days at most, where local import rules allow.

How does an online TCM diagnosis work?
Your practitioner takes a full health history and observes your face and tongue on camera. You may be asked to send a clear photo of your tongue in daylight before the call.
Can you send herbal medicine abroad?
Yes. Your herbal prescription is delivered within 7 days. Import rules differ by country, so we will confirm during your consultation what can be sent to you.
Can I get acupuncture online?
Acupuncture needs an in-person visit, but we can teach you acupressure points and self-care techniques, and you can book acupuncture at our London Victoria or City of London clinics when you are in London.
